Background
Andrew Rafuse is an Immigration Lawyer with Windsor Law Group of Victoria, BC. Andrew obtained his law degree from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law in 1986. He started his practice in Ontario in 1988. He became qualified to practice law in British Columbia in 1996, where he continued practising Immigration Law. Andrew has over 20 years of experience in the area of Immigration Law. He specializes in all aspects of immigrating to Canada including Student, Immigration, and Working Visas. Andrew is very familiar with key immigrant programs; Federal Investor, Skilled Worker, and British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP). Through his extensive experience, he has obtained a significant knowledge of Federal and Provincial Government processes. In his spare time, Andrew maintains a strong professional social network. He also enjoys travelling and has been to many countries in Asia and Latin America.
